A message from Debra Spilar, Executive Director/Custodian
We’ve been working hard to clean up the property, especially around the front of the trailer and the house and inside the trailer. First impressions are incredibly important—particularly for rescuers bringing in animals who need our help. When the surroundings appear untidy or neglected, it raises concerns about the level of care we provide to the wildlife in our care.
That’s why we’re asking everyone to please do their part to keep the areas looking neat and well-maintained. Make sure to put things away when you’re done using them, and help us keep the front porch and common areas clean and organized.
This also includes the garbage and recycling areas. Please crush all recyclables and place them in the appropriate bins, along with any garbage. This takes only a moment but goes a long way in keeping the property looking tidy and professional.
We’ve made great progress with repairs and improvements, and we’d love your help in maintaining that effort. It reflects not only on all of us but on the quality of care we provide and the reputation we build with every visitor.
Thank you for your ongoing support and dedication.
