It is that time of year that you must submit another volunteer application to us for Season 2026. It is important that we have applications yearly for each volunteer, to be available if requested by the MNR.
Six volunteers per shift is our goal, but until each shift has reached 4 volunteers, we will not add further until all shifts are the same number. When we have a shift shortage, the pressure is put onto our dedicated staff and they become overburdened covering for the lack of hands. I know many of you are on a team so it is important that you submit your application early to keep your team together.
